As one of Dorset’s largest independent family owned manufacturers, Polar Glaze knows the value of using the best materials and the latest production techniques. We are constantly re-investing in the latest machinery and products to keep in touch with the ever- changing industry, whether it be aesthetics or security. We only sell and fit our own made-to-measure products using two of the biggest names in the industry; Eurocell, a British profile extruder and Yale, known worldwide for its’ reputation in security. So you can be reassured that everything we produce and put our name to is of the highest quality. We don’t manufacturer windows, doors or conservatories for anyone else. Read more >

Quality Control

Quality control is the most important part of the manufacturing process.
Our trained factory staff carry out a minimum of 10 checks on each and every product throughout the production process in conjunction with our CE registration Mark, CE Polar1989. From the initial cutting process to the finished product, each individual bar of profile is identified with its own unique tag. Even our tape measures are calibrated and checked periodically to ensure accuracy is maintained. Read more >
