Quality control is the most important part of our manufacturing process. Our trained factory staff carry out a minimum of 10 checks on each and every product throughout the production process in conjunction with our CE registration Mark, CE Polar1989. From the initial cutting process to the finished product, each individual bar of profile is identified with its own unique tag. Even our tape measures are calibrated and checked periodically to ensure accuracy is maintained.
Our FENSA qualified surveyor will visit your property to carry out a detailed inspection. If any issues are found prior to installation you will be advised before work commences. The surveyor will confirm the order with you and present the contract for signing.
Our FENSA trained installers will arrive at your property at the agreed time. The first job will be to lay down dust sheets to protect your property. Our tradesmen always work to the highest standards and try hard to minimise disruption to your home life and routine during the process. They will be polite, tidy and respectful to you and your home always. They remove all the rubbish, hoover the rooms and ask you to sign a completion form, You can leave constructive comments to help us improve our service.
At Polar Glaze, customer satisfaction is the most important part of our service. In fact it is how we have become the successful company we are today. Selling windows is the easy part and can be done by any company or one man and a van, but giving a first class after-sales service is a lot harder to achieve, so we believe in not only selling windows but a service too.
We have a designated service van fitted out with replacement parts from handles to hinges and locks to screws, so if the need arises we are ready to respond. If you have any problems with any of our products please contact us straight away. Rectifying a problem sooner rather than later could prevent further damage.
Please ring 01202 631908 between 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Thursday and between 9:00am to 4:30pm on Fridays. Have your contract number to hand and a brief description of your problem. We will complete a remedial form which will be passed to the remedial team. A team will contact you for further details and to make an appointment to visit. Timescale for non-emergency remedial work is 7 working days.
PVCu window and door profiles are covered for a period of 10 years against discolouring or weld failure. Sealed glazed units are covered for a period of 10 years against the failure of the hermetical seals. Product Installations are covered for a period of 10 years. Full details on request.

All our work in underwritten by QANW, one of the UK’s leading providers of insurance backed guarantee insurance schemes. An Insurance Backed Guarantee is a policy of insurance which shall come into effect in the event that Polar Glaze Windows, Doors and Conservatories Ltd ceases to trade. Full details on request.
